Blockchain Processing Fees Are Non-Refundable
All ETH blockchain processing fees paid during order submission, verification, or migration are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes the mandatory 0.01 ETH blockchain processing fee, all tier-based sell fees, all refund processing fees, and any additional compliance or verification fees applied to your account. These fees are applied to cover on-chain gas costs, compliance processing, and third-party infrastructure costs which are irrevocably incurred at the time of submission and cannot be reversed once processed on the blockchain.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted only for sell orders that have not yet been approved or completed by our team. Once an order reaches "Approved" or "Completed" status, no refund can be issued as the USDT funds will have already been transferred to the user's wallet address. Refund requests must be submitted before 31 May 2026 at 23:59:59 UTC — after this date, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances. Each user may have a maximum of one pending refund request at any time. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval; all requests are subject to review by our compliance team.

2. Refund Processing Fee Schedule

All approved refund requests are subject to a mandatory refund processing fee that must be paid before the refund can be executed. This fee is separate from and in addition to any ETH fees previously submitted. The refund processing fee is applied on a time-tiered schedule as follows:

The refund processing fee is determined by the date on which the fee is received — not the date on which the request is submitted. All refund fees must be paid in ETH via the Ethereum mainnet. After 31 May 2026, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

3. What Is Returned Upon Refund Approval

Upon successful payment of the applicable refund processing fee and approval by our compliance team, the following will be returned to the wallet address you specify in your refund request:

  • Your full DGX token balance as recorded on our platform at the time of the refund request
  • Any ETH fees previously submitted that are eligible for return under this policy

The refund processing fee itself is strictly non-refundable. All returned assets will be sent to the wallet address provided in your refund request — you are solely responsible for providing an accurate and correct wallet address. Assets sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.

4. ETH Fees Paid — Refund Position

Sell order processing fees (tier fees) paid prior to a refund request are applied towards the cost of order processing, compliance review, blockchain infrastructure, and administrative expenses incurred at the time of submission. Subject to the payment of the applicable refund processing fee as set out in Section 2 above, the previously submitted ETH balance (excluding the non-refundable 0.01 ETH blockchain processing fee) forms part of the returned amount. We strongly encourage all users to review all order details carefully before submitting an order to avoid the need for a refund.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued — and refund processing fees already paid will not be returned — in any of the following circumstances:

  • Orders that have been approved or completed and where USDT has been transferred
  • Refund requests submitted after 31 May 2026 at 23:59:59 UTC
  • Orders rejected due to invalid, unverifiable, or incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user
  • Orders rejected or terminated due to KYC non-compliance, submission of false documents, or breach of our Terms and Conditions
  • Accounts terminated for prohibited activities, fraud, or sanctions screening failures
  • Orders where the user failed to complete required KYC within the specified timeframe
  • Any submitted ETH that constitutes the mandatory 0.01 ETH blockchain processing fee
  • USDT withdrawal fees (5% of withdrawal amount, paid in ETH) — these are deducted automatically from your wallet's ETH balance at the time of withdrawal request submission and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including rejected withdrawals or change of mind

6. Exact Amount Requirement for Refund Fee

The refund processing fee must be submitted as the exact amount specified for your applicable period — no more, no less. Submitting an incorrect amount will result in your refund request not being processed and will be treated as an incomplete submission. Further delays and additional charges may apply. Our system processes all fee submissions automatically and cannot make manual exceptions for incorrect amounts.

7. Refund Process

To submit a refund request: (1) Visit our payment portal and select the "Request Refund" option; (2) Enter the wallet address to which you wish to receive your returned assets; (3) Pay the applicable refund processing fee as specified in Section 2; (4) Submit your transaction hash and payment screenshot for verification. Our team will review your submission and verify the payment within 24 hours. Upon successful verification, your tokens and eligible ETH will be transferred to your specified wallet within 24 hours of approval. You will receive an email confirmation once the transfer is complete.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision made by our team, you may appeal by contacting support@d0g-x.xyz with your order reference, refund request details, and the specific grounds for your appeal. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. Our decision on all appeals is final and binding. Submitting false information during an appeal may result in permanent account termination.

9. Platform Closure — Final Deadline

All sell and refund activity on DGX Token Platform will permanently cease after 31 May 2026 at 23:59:59 UTC. After this date, no orders, refund requests, or any other transactions will be accepted or processed under any circumstances. Users who have not resolved their outstanding orders or submitted refund requests before this deadline will forfeit all submitted fees and token balances with no possibility of recovery. We strongly urge all users to take action before this final deadline.
